The Concept2 Ski Erg

Ensuring you are warmed up before using the Ski Erg

Drive Handles downwards

Engage Core muscles and bend knees to maintain form

Keep handles close to your face coming down


Things to Try with the Ski Erg:

Have a target split

Use a sprint start

Test yourself with some goals like 30 second sprint, 1000m target distance or 5000m target distance.
